Everything you need to know about AI-powered Polymarket trading

This guide breaks down how the system detects signals, confirms entries, executes on Polymarket’s CLOB, manages configuration, and stays fully verifiable on Polygon.

Deep dive: from signal to settlement

Cipher Predict is designed to avoid impulsive noise trading. The system waits for structured conditions, confirms signal quality, then executes into liquid prediction markets with fully on-chain settlement.

01 Signal Detection

TradingView watches BTC 5-minute structure

The engine listens for directional output from a proprietary TradingView indicator focused on short-term BTC price action. The goal is not random guessing — it is detecting momentum shifts and bias changes inside a tight intraday window.

  • Built around BTC 5-minute price behavior
  • Designed for binary UP / DOWN market selection
  • Optimized for fast-turn prediction windows
02 Signal Confirmation

Buffering filters noise before entry

Raw alerts are not blindly traded. Signals are buffered and checked through multiple confirmation layers before any order is sent. This is how the system avoids reacting to weak, short-lived flips that often reverse immediately.

  • Buffer time delays entry after the initial signal
  • Runway logic prevents entering too late in the window
  • Price filters avoid trading near extreme odds
03 Execution

Orders hit Polymarket’s CLOB within seconds

Once the setup is valid, market orders are placed on Polymarket’s central limit order book. The focus is speed and consistency: get into the market while the statistical edge is still actionable.

  • Execution happens in seconds, not minutes
  • Bet sizing is controlled through config
  • Rate limiting caps trade frequency to prevent overtrading
04 Settlement

Every trade is fully on-chain and verifiable

All positions settle on Polygon. That means the trade lifecycle is visible beyond the UI: fills, balances, and resulting positions can be verified independently rather than trusted as an opaque black box.

  • Polygon settlement keeps records transparent
  • Positions can be checked on-chain at any time
  • Polymarket’s transparent order book adds market-level visibility

Tune the system without changing the core engine

These parameters control how patient, selective, and aggressive the strategy behaves. Start with the default profile unless you have a specific reason to widen risk, compress entry timing, or trade closer to market extremes.

Config Description Default
Buffer Seconds to wait after a signal before executing. This helps filter immediate whipsaw noise and weak first prints. 5s
Runway Minimum seconds remaining in the prediction window required to enter. Prevents late entries when there is not enough time left for the thesis to play out. 10s
Bet Size Number of shares per trade. This is the direct sizing lever that affects exposure per signal. 5
Max Trades/hr Hourly rate limit that stops the engine from overtrading during noisy conditions or streaky signal clusters. 30
Price Range Only trade when market pricing stays inside the allowed odds band. This avoids buying too close to certainty or panic-selling into extremes. 20¢–80¢
Invert Flips the signal direction. If the indicator says UP, the system trades DOWN instead. Useful for testing contrarian behavior. OFF
Risk profiles are presets, not promises. They change how often the system trades, how late it is willing to enter, and how much capital gets deployed per signal.

Simple fee logic with a token-based unlock

Cipher Predict uses a holder-friendly model: users holding enough $CIPHER pay no platform fees, while standard users pay deposit and withdrawal fees that feed burn, operations, and account growth.

Standard Tier

Trade without holding the token

4% deposit + 4% withdrawal

Users who do not hold the token threshold can still use the system through the standard fee path.

Revenue Split

Where standard fee revenue goes

Standard fee revenue is recycled back into the ecosystem and operating stack instead of disappearing into a black box.

Trust the chain, not screenshots

The architecture is intentionally verifiable. Cipher Predict may automate decisioning and execution, but settlement happens in public infrastructure that can be independently checked.

Polygon

All trades settle on Polygon

Funds, fills, and resulting positions live on Polygon rather than in an internal spreadsheet or simulated ledger.

Positions

Every position is verifiable

You can inspect balances and resulting position state independently instead of relying solely on frontend reporting.

Market Rail

Polymarket CLOB is transparent

Orders route into Polymarket’s transparent order book, which provides another layer of market-level visibility around how trades get executed.

Common questions before you flip the switch

If you are new to the product, start here. These are the questions most users ask before turning on automation or funding a wallet.

Is this financial advice?
No. Cipher Predict is a tool, not financial advice. You control your risk, your sizing, and whether you use the system at all.
What happens if the AI is wrong?
The system is still trading a probabilistic market, so losses happen. Every trade has defined risk, and the engine uses bankroll management constraints to help limit drawdown.
Can I lose money?
Yes. Trading involves risk. Only use funds you can afford to lose, especially while the product remains in beta.
Is it really on-chain?
Yes. Every trade settles on Polygon, and positions can be verified independently at any time.
